Microblading and Permanent Makeup in Naples, FL
Microblading, Eyeliner, Eyelash Enhancement, Lips & More!
Tru Glō Medspa is pleased to offer microblading and permanent makeup cosmetic services as part of its line of facial treatment options. Also known as “cosmetic tattooing,” permanent makeup is a form of light tattooing applied into the upper skin layers to beautifully enhance specific features such as eyebrows, eyeliner, and lips. Permanent makeup can also hide scars and mask other facial imperfections. It also helps limit the time needed for regular makeup application, and is a great option for those who don’t have time to refresh their makeup throughout their busy days.
Add definition around your eyes, fill out your eyebrows, and enhance your lips with worry-free, smear-free permanent makeup!
Permanent makeup artistry by award-winning aesthetician, Mercedeh Reynolds
Tru Glō Medspa permanent makeup treatment provided by award-winning licensed aesthetician Mercedeh Reynolds, who has established a stellar reputation in the Naples, Florida area with her artistic microblading and feathering techniques used to enhance eyebrows, eyeliners and lips. Mercedeh is highly skilled with all permanent makeup techniques, whether using traditional coil, rotary, or pen machine, or by providing detailed artistry by hand.
Mercedeh typically uses a microblading feathering technique to enhance the eyebrows, with individual angled hair strokes that mimic the natural pattern of eyebrow hair growth. Mercedeh uses a delicate hand-held drawing tool to create the perfect eyeliner sought by her clients, and can create anything from a thin, barely noticeable light touch, to a thick, bold line to create alluring eyes.
Permanent lip makeup is a perfect solution for restoring age-related loss of lip color, volume, shape and definition. Not only can permanent lip makeup be used to add color to dulled lips, but it can also create a fuller look, adjust symmetry, and reduce the appearance of winkles around the lips. Clients can opt for a neutral shade for a natural look that will work well with most lip liners and lipstick colors, or pick a shade that matches their favorite lipstick. Those opting for the more vivid shades need just apply some subtle lip gloss to enhance and bring out the full color.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. As safety is one of Mercedeh’s top priorities, she only uses sterile, pre-packaged, 100% disposable tools and pigments that are free of fragrances and irritants. Mercedeh fully complies with all OSHA and state-mandated safety regulations, and maintains up-to-date licensing and safety certifications.
Yes. Mercedeh tailors her artistry to naturally blend into each of her client’s unique features, such as skin tone and hair color, with the goal of complimenting and enhancing the natural features to look younger, fresher, and more polished.
The procedure is far less painful than traditional tattooing, but to ensure client comfort, Mercedeh uses a high-quality topical anesthetic to numb the skin. Most clients feel nothing more than a light scratching or tweezing experience during the first few moments of the process.
With microblading and all permanent makeup treatments, the darker the pigment, the longer it lasts, but all pigments slowly fade over time. For this reason, most clients opt for a refresher treatment every couple of years in order to keep the makeup looking pristine.
Most initial appointments generally take about two hours, while follow up treatment sessions are much shorter. While clients can resume most normal daily activities immediately, the initial look of the permanent makeup is quite bold for a couple of days, so Mercedeh suggests laying “low” until the initial intensity of the new makeup softens and meshes more naturally with the skin. Some activities, such as strenuous exercise, suntanning, and swimming, should be avoided for at least a week. Detailed after care instructions are provided to all clients.
