Stacey Blake, APRN obtained her undergraduate degree in Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University in 1995. Stacey earned her Master’s of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University in 2014 in Family Practice. Her 3 decades of nursing experience include medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, cardiology, clinical research, family practice, and working as injection trainer for Allergan. She is trained and certified to inject Botox Cosmetic, Dysport, Sculptra, fillers, to perform multiple lasers treatments, medical weight loss, and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy.

Stacey is from Richmond, Kentucky and enjoys tennis as well as golf. “Aging is inevitable, looking and feeling older is optional.”

Courtney is a Florida native. Growing up in the sunshine state she realized in her early years the importance of prevention and maintenance of the body’s largest organ. She attended Florida school of electrology and laser. Courtney has been an electrologist, laser specialist and medical aesthetician for over 10 years. She has spent 12 years working in the spa business and has also worked teaching skin care at Gulf Coast Academy. She started as lead aesthetician at Tru Glō in November of 2014. Her passion shows through her work and she takes pride in each of her client’s results. Her favorite part of the job is creating long lasting, trusting relationships and achieving long term results. Seeing her clients happy and releasing their inner glow is why she got into this career. Courtney’s goal is to be your anti-aging expert and she’s committed to educating you on how to take control of your health and outer beauty! Tru Glō is her home away from home and she is honored to work under two of the top doctors in Naples. When she’s not working she enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog Cooper.

Maddie was raised in Minnesota, and she moved down to the sunshine state in 2015. She obtained her esthetics license in Bonita Springs, fulfilling her passion in skin care to become a results-driven Clinical Aesthetician. Maddie possesses a special talent for analyzing skin and she specializes in anti-acne medical grade facials and Hydrafacials, as well as determining a successful plan of treatment to get your skin glowing. She believes the aesthetics industry offers an ongoing learning experience, and keeping up with available knowledge is key to being the best aesthetician possible. She finds it very fulfilling to connect with her clients, establish trust, and give personal attention to their needs. Maddie is also an expert with Glo Mineral Makeup.  She takes pride in making each client’s visit at Tru Glō an enjoyable, relaxing and pleasant experience and enjoys doing so very much. Outside of Tru Glō Maddie loves spending time with her daughter, Vivi.

Molly was born and raised in Southwest Florida; so the effects of sun exposure on the body has been forefront in her life. Molly attended Florida Gulf Coast University and Gulf Coast Academy where she excelled in her educational pursuits of becoming a Clinical Aesthetician, Electrologist, and Laser Specialist. Her advanced training includes top procedures like Microneedling, Chemical Peels, HydraFacials, and Laser Hair Reduction. Molly’s gift of evaluating, educating, and detailing her client’s individual needs help her design each unique skin care regimen. Molly is passionate about continuing her education on the latest advances in the skincare industry. Molly is dedicated to achieving the best possible results for each of her clients. Originally from Tampico, Mexico, Erika is a clinical aesthetician with a passion for body sculpting, medical skin treatments such as Hydrafacials, microneedling, chemical peels, and hair reduction through electrolysis and laser. Her passion for skincare and health started at a young age as she expressed self-love through taking care of herself and considering her body as a temple that should be respected and irreplaceable. Erika, after moving to Naples, Florida in 1993, decided to turn her passion into a career and achieved her aesthetician license in 2001. Through the years, she has progressed and grown to specialize in Coolsculpting and medical-grade skincare and continued this love of working together with clients to achieve the skin and body they’ve always dreamed of. When she is not working, Erika spends her days enjoying the beautiful Naples beach and spending quality time with her two kids Sunny and Jett, and beloved pets.

Jessica was born and raised in Chicago and moved to Florida 6 years ago. She has been working in the spa industry for the past 6 years as well and loved it so much that she went and got certified as an Esthetician to further her education in her love for esthetics. She loves being in the industry because it is an industry where you get to help people feel their absolute best. Interacting with clients and helping them in every way is something she is very passionate about. When Jessica is not working she enjoys kayaking or anything on the water, and spending time with her cat, Maverick. 

Lauren Baptista, APRN is an FGCU alumna, obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2006, her Master’s of Science in Nursing in 2014, and her Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2021. Lauren has had a very diverse nursing career, working across several hospital specialties as well as travel nursing. As a Nurse Practitioner she has worked in Internal Medicine and Family Practice, specializing in weight loss, diabetes, emotional wellness, and preventative medicine. She is trained and certified to perform thread lifts, inject Botox Cosmetic, Dysport, Daxxify, fillers, biostimulators, and is laser certified. Her passion is for holistic, integrative care, and anti-aging practice.

Lauren grew up here in Naples, FL and enjoys travel, golf, karaoke, her dog, and spending time with her family.

I’m excited to be a part of the TruGlo team. I have worked in the cosmetics industry for 28 years. My passions include skin, makeup, and people. Tru Glo seemed the perfect fit and I couldn’t be happier to be on this team.

I have lived in SWFL for 20 years; formally, I went to Ball State University where I majored in Art History and Graphic Arts with a minor in European Studies. I have also tried my hand in design and have been a personal shopper. I have two adult children, Charlie and Grayson- they make my world go round and keep me savvy. For the last four years I have served on the committee for Night to Shine: a prom for special needs people 14 and older.

At the spa, I use every opportunity to learn from the incredible women that surround me. TruGlo and our staff have been a blessing to me. I’m super excited to see the growth of our spa and continue my education on the latest services and techniques we offer.

Veronica is originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, she’s a dedicated esthetician passionate about skincare and beauty. She moved to Southwest Florida in early 2000’s and obtained her esthetics license in Bonita Springs. Her commitment to staying updated on the latest trends and techniques ensures her clients receive top-notch skincare solutions. Veronica’s warm demeanor and attention to detail create a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, leaving clients glowing inside and out. 

Whether it’s facials, peels, microneedling or skincare consultations, Veronica’s goal is to empower her clients to feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. When she is not attending to her clients, you can find Vero enjoying the Southwest Florida lifestyle with her family and friends.

Born and raised in Naples for most of her life, Miriam has always desired to help others. She graduated high school overseas in Honduras, which was the first time she had ever received a massage treatment. Traditionally, her grandma called the town medicine woman to administer her a full body massage detoxing treatment. She immediately felt the difference in her body. As she came back to pursue her higher education, she felt pulled to do something more as she worked on her college degree to fulfill her and help her with tuition. Miriam has always been fascinated by holistic health, and she stumbled upon a massage school in Bonita Springs, Florida. It was then when she took a hiatus from college to pursue a massage therapy career. Since then, Miriam has worked in both a corporate setting and with a country club. Once the pandemic hit, she was inspired to start her own massage therapy business.  She has found passion in body treatments and is well acquainted with various modalities. Miriam is passionate about health and beauty and is still pursuing her degree in psychology to further her dream of helping the community. 

Mercedeh has been a licensed aesthetician and certified permanent makeup artist since 2005. Growing up as the daughter of a cosmetologist and spa owner, it only felt natural that at 21 years old she owned and operated her own skin care and beauty business. She is always continuing education in the evolving beauty industry and expanding her craft with extensive training all over the USA and in Canada with world renowned artists and beauty educators.

Mercedeh has honed her artist skills and perfected the latest, highly sought after award-winning microblading and the state of the art feathering techniques to deliver the beautiful, natural looking results her discerning clients prefer. “Mercedeh’s keen eye for detail, beauty expertise, and passion for perfection truly set her work apart.”

Iryna was born and raised in eastern Europe, and has been living in the United States for over 20 years. She has been in the beauty industry over a decade as a licensed permanent makeup artist and aesthetician. Iryna specializes in microblading, ombre eyebrows, eyeliner, lip blush, areola restoration and scar camouflage using only certified color pigments.
